WBJEE is a state level entrance examination to invite admissions in various Undergraduate courses in Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy and Architecture Courses in the state of West Bengal. The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) will conduct the WBJEE 2019 tentatively in fourth week of April in the offline mode. WBJEE 2019 will have two papers, Paper-1 in Mathematics and a combined paper of Physics and Chemistry as Paper-2. Engineering aspirants have to attempt both the papers.

How to prepare for WBJEE 2019?

To prepare for WBJEE 2019, a candidate should pen down a well-defined preparation strategy. A combination of knowledge about WBJEE exam pattern and syllabus, hard work, dedication and time management will help students taste the sweetness of a good result.
WBJEE 2019 Exam Pattern

Debojyoti Kar, WBJEE 2018 (rank 5) conveys the message to the future aspirants that “Hard work is the key to success”. He attributes his success to the hard work and a well-defined preparation strategy.
Solve question papers for better results
Serious work brings fruitful results”, says Dedipya Ray, who scored rank 2 in WBJEE 2018. He shares a message to the future engineering aspirants, that one should study round the year and suggested not to bother about the examination too much. “Solving question papers of previous years is also one of the key factors behind my success," he said.
Continuous Study
Avishek Das who secured second rank in WBJEE 2013 advises future aspirants to study continuously throughout the year. He said, “Without continuous studying for two years, it is difficult to succeed in any engineering examination.”
Emphasis on all subjects
Pramanik, 1st rank scorer of WBJEE 2017 said that he used to study for around four hours on an average every day. He says that he was always careful on giving equal emphasis to Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. “Probably, my success depended a lot on giving equal emphasis on these three subjects,” he said.

WBJEE 2018 was held on April 22, 2018 in an online mode. More than 1.2 lakhs candidates appeared for 37 courses offered. Overall, the students found the paper easy but rated Mathematics to be tough.
